ACE Plant Ltd will showcase its latest dust suppression, towing safety and sustainable site technologies at Hillhead 2026, taking place from 23–25 June at Hillhead Quarry, Buxton, Derbyshire.
Located on Stand H14 and operating within the live demonstration area, ACE Plant will demonstrate equipment designed to improve site safety, reduce environmental impact and enhance operational efficiency in demanding quarrying, construction and recycling environments.
A major focus for the company will be live dust suppression demonstrations featuring a John Deere 6155M tractor paired with a 9,000-litre dust suppression unit equipped with spinning disc and rain gun technology. The machine will also feature the D80 Ball and Spoon towing system, safety chains and Tractor Bumper protection system.
With increasing industry attention on airborne dust and respirable crystalline silica (RCS), effective dust control has become a critical priority for operators. ACE Plant’s mobile dust suppression range has been developed to provide reliable, practical solutions capable of operating in challenging site conditions.
Alongside the dust suppression demonstrations, visitors will be able to see the D80 Ball and Spoon coupling system. Designed to reduce shock loading between towing vehicle and trailer, the system helps minimise vibration transfer, improve towing stability and reduce stress on both operators and equipment.
Whole body vibration (WBV) continues to be a concern across quarrying, construction and agriculture, and ACE Plant believes improved towing technology can play an important role in improving operator comfort and site safety.

The new Modular Bundie Fuel Bowser highlights ACE Plant’s focus on flexible, practical equipment solutions, allowing contractors to adapt fuel storage and transport systems to suit changing site requirements.
