Bravi Platforms announces new solutions to increase efficiency and safety for construction sites and logistics operations

Bravi Platforms, a company with over thirty years’ experience in the low-level access sector, announces
a series of updates to its products and accessories, that are the result of a constant commitment to
technological innovation. The innovations introduced respond directly to the needs of an ever-evolving
market, which requires increasingly efficient and safe solutions for working at height and for logistics
operations. Meanwhile, the company is also releasing the results of a recent market research, offering
relevant insights for rental and construction companies.

A constant focus on safety, combined with optimized performance, has always guided the actions of
Bravi Platforms, which continues to develop solutions that improve efficiency on the jobsite and on a
wide range of picking activities.

Leonardo HD: increased capacity and new accessories

Among the main innovations, Bravi Platforms has introduced the increased unrestricted capacity on the
Leonardo HD model, going from 180 kg to 230 kg. This improvement has been achieved without
changing the unit weight which is still of 560 kg. This upgrade is particularly significant for applications
requiring the use of its set of accessories such as the Solo-Gyps (for plasterboard installation) and the
Small-E inspection device. In addition, to optimize material management on the jobsite, Bravi launched
the Pipe Rack. This new addition to the range allows the loading and transport of pipes up to 90 kg, thus
improving the functionality and operational efficiency of the platform itself.

Sprint LP and Suction Gun: solutions to improve the picking experience

In the picking sector, Bravi Platforms has significantly upgraded the Sprint model both from a structural
point of view, with a new chassis equipped with reinforced corners and bumpers, and with the addition
of two new accessories.

On both the Sprint and Sprint LP models it is now possible to integrate the Suction Gun accessory,
showcased at the 2024 Logimat trade show. This innovative system powered by the same units’
batteries substantially increases efficiency and safety in picking especially those hard-to-reach items
tucked away at the back on the racks. With a capacity of 20 kg, the Suction Gun greatly reduces
operating time in sectors such as DIY, furniture and hi-tech.

In addition to the new chassis, a new cargo shelf has been designed to perfectly fit both the Sprint and
Sprint LP models. The new cargo shelf is in fact 10 cm both wider and longer, has been provided with
retractable edges on three sides as a standard, for a greater picking efficiency. Furthermore, on the
Sprint LP model, the large parcels cargo shelf has also been completely redesigned and equipped with a
set of rollers on both sides to facilitate the loading of bulkier materials.

New Sprint TL: improved handling capabilities

Always in 2024, Bravi introduced a restyling of the Sprint TL model, specifically conceived for tires
handling. The improvements realized, based on customers’ feedback, include the increased capacity of
the tire compartment which went from 100 kg to 150 kg, allowing to handle even SUV tires of 800mm
diameter. This upgrade, together with the reduction of the working height to 5 mt, aims at further
improving stability and efficiency during picking operations.

Market data: new opportunities for the construction industry

Together with these innovations, Bravi Platforms released the results of a market research conducted
by Introspective Market Research. The research shows that 48.07% of global construction sites have
ceilings with a maximum height of 5 mt (exception made for civil housing projects, representing the 33%
of the overall construction projects), an aspect that affects equipment choices. Moreover, 92.72% of the
equipment sold between 2017 and 2023 and used in these types of projects is not designed to operate
at these heights

These data highlight the importance for rental companies to offer solutions suitable to the needs of
construction sites, able to guarantee safety and operational continuity. On the other hand, for
contractors, the use of units conceived for restricted spaces is crucial to improve efficiency and reduce
the risks associated with the use of unsuitable equipment.

The next industry events

Bravi Platforms confirms its presence at the most important industry events:

  • Working at Height Conference, taking place on 19-20th November in Nashville (TN), focused on
technologies and work processes to promote safety when working at height. The event, in its
first US edition, will bring together experts from the industry to discuss best practices and
    reward safety achievements.
  • ARA Show, the world’s largest exhibition for the equipment rental and events industry, which
will be held from January, 30th to February 1st 2025 in Las Vegas.
  • BAUMA, 34th edition of the world’s leading trade fair for construction machinery, building
material machines, mining machines and construction vehicles. The appointment is in Munich
    from 7-13th April 2025.

With these innovations and the continuous commitment to monitoring the market evolution, Bravi
Platforms reaffirms its role as a company committed to satisfy the real needs of rental companies and
contractors, offering solutions designed to increase safety and efficiency, while respecting the highest
standards of reliability and quality.
