Sunbelt Rentals UK & Europe has partnered with the award-winning digital consultancy, iMMERSIVE, to deliver a major multi-cloud Salesforce implementation programme. The programme is currently already live in several core areas of the business and aims to continue to support their employees to work more efficiently, utilise data-driven insights at every customer touch point and create a connected way of working.
Sunbelt Rentals is pushing ahead with its ambitious five-year strategy, Sunbelt 4.0 – Equipped for Success, by delivering key milestones in its digital transformation journey. The programme is focused on modernising operations and enhancing customer service through technology.
The latest phase has seen the rollout of Salesforce, including powerful features designed to streamline operations and put customers at the heart of every interaction.
Key highlights of the transformation include:
- New Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system – A completely redesigned CRM system that gives teams a full view of every customer, enabling faster, more personalised service.
- Advanced sales tools – Equipping teams with smarter, data-driven tools to drive performance and improve response times.
- Fully digital account opening – A new process that allows customers to open an account online in just 30 minutes, significantly accelerating onboarding.
- Automated workflows – Streamlining internal processes to boost efficiency and free up teams to focus on delivering value to customers.
- Greater visibility of customer data – Enabling more informed decision-making and stronger, longer-term relationships.
